Handling Buyer Offers
When a buyer submits an offer, you have full control over the negotiation.
Offer Status Reference

Offers expire after 7 days without response. Expired offers lower your seller response rate metric, which affects listing visibility.
Negotiation Tips
- Respond to all offers within 24 hours, even declines
- Counter-offers should include a brief justification
- Check the buyer's offer history to gauge seriousness
- Don't counter too high — you can always negotiate down
