3.3 Account Termination

4. Domain Transactions

Domain listings on globNIC are subject to verification. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies or applicable laws.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD. Payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment processor's terms.

4.3 Escrow Services

For certain transactions, we facilitate escrow services through third-party providers (Sedo, Escrow.com). These transactions are subject to the escrow provider's terms.

4.4 Transfer Process

Domain transfers must comply with ICANN policies. Sellers are responsible for unlocking domains and providing authorization codes. Buyers must have accounts with compatible registrars.

5. AI Valuation Reports

Our AI-powered valuation reports are provided for informational purposes only. Valuations are estimates based on algorithmic analysis and do not constitute financial advice or guarantees of market value. Actual domain values may vary significantly.

6. Subscription Plans

Subscription plans provide access to premium features:

• Free Plan: 1 AI report per month
• Pro Plan: 10 AI reports per month + advanced analytics
• Enterprise Plan: Unlimited AI reports + priority support

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on globNIC, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by globNIC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for illegal or fraudulent purposes
